chicken and mushroom tortilla wrap

potato tortilla
chicken breast - sliced
fresh/can button mushroom
garlic - shopped finely
onion chopped
tomato - chopped
thousand island
single cheddar cheese
olive oil

1. Seasoned chicken breast with garlic, oyster sauce, chili sauce, salt and pepper. Marinade for 15 minutes.
2. Heat pan and add olive oil and butter. Once the oil heated saute the onion and add in chicken and mushroom. Fry until chicken is cooked.
3. Spread mayonnaise and thousand island sauce. Layer a piece of single cheddar cheese. Followed by a lettuce leave chopped tomatoes. Spoon the chicken and mushroom mixture on top and roll.
