1 medium size turnip - sliced thinly into matchstick size
1 carrot - sliced thinly into matchstick size
a handful of dried shrimp- soak, toss and pounded
2 -3 garlic - chopped
salt and pepper to taste
enough spring roll pastry
1. In a wok heat the oil and fry garlic and dried shrimp and until fragrant.
2. Add in turnip and carrot. Fry till the water evaporate.
3. Break in the egg and let it cook. Do not stir at this point.
4. Combine all and stir till coated. Let cool completely before making the spring roll.
alhamdulillah ... these were prepared this afternoon for my neighbor Lina. she ordered 50pcs from me.
