oreo butter cake
4 large eggs
200g self raising flour
8 pieces Oreo biscuits - crushed (cream removed)
3 pieces Oreo biscuits - (cream removed)
1 tsp vanilla essence
Preheat oven at 175 degrees Celsius. Greased the baking pan and put aside.
Beat butter, sugar and vanilla essence till creamy.
Add in eggs one at a time and keep on beating till fluffy.
Add in the flour and fold till well.
Add in the crushed oreo biscuits and fold till well.
Pour the mixture into tray and even the top.
Arrange with the 3 pcs of Oreos on top of the cake. Do not press down the biscuit.
Bake for 40 minutes or till cooked.
