ramai yang dah cuba resepi ni. sedap! lembut dan kurang manis kek ni.
Ingredients :250 g Self-raising flour
200 g castor sugar
1 tablespoon ovellate
1 teaspoon baking pawder
2 tablespoon condensed milk
50 g water
175 g butter - melted
chocolate & pandan emulco
1. Beat all the ingredients except melted butter and emulco, till thick and double the quantity.
2. Pour in the melted butter and mix well.
3. Remove about 10 tablespoons of batter and add the emulco to it. Mix well.
4. Pour the plain batter into the tray then pour a dollop of the emulco batter here and there to create pattern.
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160 C for 45 minutes till done.
6. Leave the cake in the tin for 5 minutes before removing.
