ez & yummy chocolate cake



from ummizaihadi ...

Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
(* sifted together)
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour*
3/4 cup cocoa powder*
1 1/2 tsp baking powder*
1 1/2 tsp baking soda*

1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup boiling water

Method:
1.Heat oven to 350 F or 180 C.
2.Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
3.Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
4.Stir in boiling water (Batter will be thin).
5.Pour into baking pan that as been greased and floured.
6.Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, Remove from pans to wire rack. Cool completely.

agar-agar santan


from homekreation ...

Ingredients - bottom:
10g agar-agar powder
900ml water
150g sugar
1/2 tsp rose essence
red coloring

Ingredients - top:
10g agar-agar powder
250ml santan
200ml water
90g sugar
1 pandan (screwpine) leaf

Method:
1. Boil all bottom layer and pour into mould.
2. Boil top layer and pour on top of the 1st layer only once the surface of the bottom layer has firmed up (but not yet hardened).
3. Let it hardened at room temperature and chill.

stew ayam

masak apa hari ni? minggu depan cuti sekolah. ahad ni nak ke Penang. kita pun nak kena clearkan stok barang-barang kat fridge. masaklah stew ayam yang mudah dan cepat ni. sos tomato & cili pun guna yang paket-paket kecil dari restoran makanan segera. jangan di buang, ada kegunaannya.cuma pastikan tak expire lagi saja... :)

lobak merah
ubi kentang
bawang besar
tomato

A
kulit kayu manis
bunga lawang
cengkih

B
di kisar
* bawang merah
* bawang putih
* halia

kuib ayam
sos cili, tomato dan tiram
kicap lemak manis

hiasan
daun bawang &sup
cili merah

tumis bahan A & B sehingga wangi dan masukkan ayam. gaul rata dan masukkan lobak merah & kentang. bila dah separuh empuk masukkan kuib ayam dan semua sos. tambahkan sedikit air dan rebus sehingga mendidih. tambahkan sedikit kicap lemak manis untuk mendapatkan warna yang lebih gelap. setelah ayam, lobak merah & kentang empuk masukkan tomato, bawang besar dan cili potong. taburkan daun bawang & sup sebelum menutup api.
