homemade pandan paste


recipe from wendyinkk

blend 25pcs of snipped pandan leaves with 300ml water and leave in the fridge for 5 days.
a layer of pandan paste (chlorophyll) will sink at the bottom.
pour away the upper layer of water, leaving behind moss like powder. there you have it, concentrated pandan extract.

keeps well in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. discard when it smells like rotten leaves.
