agar-agar bandung cincau



Ingredients
1 packet agar-agar strip - soaked dan drain
800ml water
200gm sugar
250ml evaporated milk
1/2 cup rose syrup
1 cup grass jelly - diced

Method
Bring to boil water and agar-agar strip. Add in sugar. Stir untill sugar completely disolve.
Add in milk and rose syrup.
Sieve into desire mould.
Drop randomly the cube grass jelly into the agar-agar.
Let it set and cool in the refrigarator.
